This weeks ZIA is to use a Tangle GOLVEN , created by Mariët, which is the Dutch word for waves. And here are my tiles...
I went a bit overboard with the shading on the first tile, I think I spend more time shading then tangling LOL.
Thanks for stopping by, and have a great week :)
Nice to see the different way of working with the golven.
ReplyDeleteOne as he kind of zendala and the other one as an zentangle!
Both are beautiful,
ReplyDeleteI love how you did Golven in a circle!
And the shading on the first is fabulous!
Lovely effect of circle tangle over the base planks!
ReplyDeleteDilip
Both lovely - I 'specially like the first one with golven in a circle and I think the shading is great - it really makes the circle pop.
ReplyDeleteYour first tile is great, it draws your eye into the center and then back out again! I could get lost down in the depths. The second is a perfect example of line which pleases!
ReplyDeleteBoth of these are just fantastic! The first one is my favorite:)
ReplyDeleteHave the same problem with shading too. LOL! Great job on yours. Love them both!
ReplyDeleteLove the raised circle in the first tangle. I like the unusual shape of the center pieces in the second.
ReplyDeleteBeautifully shaded #1.... both tiles nicely donne.
ReplyDeleteBoth of these are yummy, very different but both beautiful. Really enjoy your background enlarged Gloven in version #1.
ReplyDeletebeautiful energy in both!
ReplyDeleteBoth tiles are great. I love how you've combined hurry with 2 versions of golven in the first tile--very effective!
ReplyDeleteI like the first one better. The shading gave it a 3D effect, so I don't think you overdid it. Nice work!
ReplyDeleteLovely tangles, I like them both.
