Wednesday Waves

This weeks ZIA is to use a Tangle GOLVEN , created by Mariët, which is the Dutch word for waves. And here are my tiles...

I went a bit overboard with the shading on the first tile, I think I spend more time shading then tangling LOL.
Thanks for stopping by, and have a great week :)

  1. Nice to see the different way of working with the golven.
One as he kind of zendala and the other one as an zentangle!

  2. Both are beautiful,
I love how you did Golven in a circle!
And the shading on the first is fabulous!

  4. Both lovely - I 'specially like the first one with golven in a circle and I think the shading is great - it really makes the circle pop.

  5. Your first tile is great, it draws your eye into the center and then back out again! I could get lost down in the depths. The second is a perfect example of line which pleases!

  8. Love the raised circle in the first tangle. I like the unusual shape of the center pieces in the second.

  11. Both tiles are great. I love how you've combined hurry with 2 versions of golven in the first tile--very effective!

  12. I like the first one better. The shading gave it a 3D effect, so I don't think you overdid it. Nice work!
